Compared to the bustle of other airports, entering United Airlines ACA Terminal at Acapulco International Airport (ACA) was rather calm. I was able to take my time and not rush because I got there around two hours before my flight. The terminal was tidy, orderly, and compact enough that I didn't have to wait for a shuttle or make my way through lengthy hallways. At the United counter, check-in was managed by amiable, multilingual employees. I liked how they confirmed my boarding gate and gave me an explanation of my baggage routing to Houston while remaining kind and professional. My bag was tagged and dispatched on its way in a matter of minutes, and I was greeted with a smile when I received my boarding card.
