Follow these simple steps to create a Hotmail account on a pc:
Open your favorite web browser, visit “www.hotmail.com” and then click on “Create free account”.
Enter your desired Email & select the domain from the drop-down menu (@outlook.com or @hotmail.com), click on Next.
Enter your password (Make sure to create a strong password).
Fill out your first and last name.
The next step is to select your region and provide your date of birth.
To prove you are not a robot, complete the puzzle.
To keep your Hotmail account logged in on your web browser, check the "Remain signed in" option.
