To begin the Linksys setup procedure, connect a wire to your Linksys extender and the router to form a cable connection. For that, use an Ethernet cable. Make sure there are no breaks in the wire. But constantly make sure that throughout the establishment, the link is not slack. Keep these things in mind: Check to see if both devices are close to one another after connecting. Maintaining a close proximity between the devices might lead to intermittent WiFi signals. It is therefore important to ensure these things before attaching any device.
