Spirit Airlines offers a flexible Spirit Flight Change Policy, allowing passengers to modify their travel plans for a fee. Changes made more than 60 days before departure are free. For changes made 7-59 days before departure, the fee is $49, while changes made within 7 days of departure incur a $99 fee. These fees are per passenger and per direction.
Flight changes can be made online through the "Manage Travel" section on Spirit's website or by contacting customer service. If the new fare is higher, passengers must pay the difference; if it’s lower, the difference is issued as a future travel credit. For members of the $9 Fare Club, reduced fees may apply. It's advisable to review Spirit's latest policies and consider purchasing travel insurance for added flexibility.
