You can cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking without incurring any cancellation fees if you booked directly with Caribbean Airlines.
This policy applies if your itinerary includes at least one segment traveling to or from North America (US or Canada) and your booking was made at least 7 days prior to departure.
Flights booked for local travel within Trinidad & Tobago are excluded from this policy.
Refund Eligibility
If you cancel within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund without penalties, provided the conditions are met.
For cancellations after 24 hours but more than 7 days before your flight, you may still receive a refund, although cancellation fees may apply depending on the ticket type.
Non-refundable tickets do not allow for a refund on the ticket price, but taxes may be refunded.
