As an honest user, I am aware that all of this is in place to try and prevent fraud, and for that, I am glad. However, I was unable to locate the help line, phone number, or email address to submit a support case regarding the issue. There must be an additional method to confirm my identity. I'm covered with so much data by Microsoft.
How do I contact Microsoft about my Hotmail account?
