Absolutely great experience with customer service at the Singapore Airlines Yokohama Office. People are knowledgeable and friendly, easy to communicate with when making a booking or asking questions. The office itself is well-organized and very welcoming, reflecting the airline. A visit here for a trip or for help will be guaranteed to be smooth and pleasant. Recommend without any reservation!
