Super Tadarise, which contains a combination of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, is primarily used for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). However, there are specific situations where its use may not be recommended:

Cardiovascular Issues: Individuals with a history of heart problems, such as severe heart disease, heart failure, or recent heart attack, should avoid using Super Tadarise.

Hypotension: It is contraindicated for those with low blood pressure (hypotension) or those who take medications that lower blood pressure.

Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment: People with severe liver or kidney dysfunction should not use this medication due to the risk of accumulation and increased side effects.

Allergic Reactions: Those who have a known allergy to any component of Super Tadarise should avoid it.

Use of Nitrates: Individuals taking nitrates for chest pain (angina) or other heart conditions should not use Super Tadarise, as the combination can cause severe drops in blood pressure.

Recent Stroke or Heart Attack: Individuals who have experienced a stroke or heart attack within the last six months should not take this medication.

Age Considerations: While older adults may use it under medical supervision, specific age-related health concerns may warrant caution or a different treatment approach.

History of Seizures: Those with a history of seizures or certain neurological conditions should consult a healthcare provider before use.

Interactions with Other Medications: It’s essential to disclose all medications being taken, as certain drugs (like those for HIV or fungal infections) can interact adversely with Super Tadarise.

Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new medication, especially if there are underlying health issues or other medications involved.
