Hello. My name is Jems carl. My stay at British Airways BRU Terminal is so nice. Check-in was very smooth and efficient. There were many friendly staff lined up to wait on the people. The terminal was in good condition. I loved the British Airways lounge: it's a place to relax and indulge in snacks and drinks. Boarding was well-organized; time taken off for boarding. Overall, my stay at BRU Terminal was stress-free and surely, I will take British Airways for my next journeys.
