I recently traveled to Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal and had an excellent experience! Check-in was quick and easy, with polite staff eager to help. The station was clean and well-organized, with lots of space and a decent selection of food options. I loved the real-time flight status updates and informative signage. My flight boarded on time, making the entire experience stress-free. Overall, I had a good experience, and I would definitely use Southwest again for future journeys.
