I am a traveler and recently visited the Copa Airlines GRU Terminal the staff was amiable, which made check-in quick and simple. The station is spotless and orderly, with cozy seating and a good selection of dining options. Having free Wi-Fi and lots of charging stations made it easy for me to wait for my flight. My entire experience at the terminal was easy and pleasant, despite the fact that the signage could be more apparent for easier navigation. This demonstrates Copa's emphasis on providing excellent service.
