You should avoid taking Aurogra 100 mg (which contains sildenafil) in the following situations:

Allergy to Sildenafil: If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredients in Aurogra, you should not take the medication.

Nitrate Medications: If you are taking nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain or heart problems, such as nitroglycerin), combining them with Aurogra can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. This is a serious contraindication.

Severe Heart or Liver Problems: If you have severe heart or liver conditions, particularly if your doctor has advised against engaging in sexual activity due to your heart condition, Aurogra 100 mg may not be safe for you.

Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension): If you have low blood pressure, Aurogra can exacerbate this condition and lead to symptoms like dizziness or fainting.

Recent Stroke or Heart Attack: If you’ve had a stroke or heart attack in the last six months, taking Aurogra 100mg may not be advisable without consulting your doctor.

Retinitis Pigmentosa: A rare inherited eye disease called retinitis pigmentosa can increase the risk of side effects on vision when using sildenafil.

Severe Kidney Disease: Those with severe kidney disease may need dose adjustments, or Aurogra may be contraindicated altogether.

Interaction with Other Medications: If you are on certain medications such as alpha-blockers (for high blood pressure or prostate problems), other erectile dysfunction drugs, or protease inhibitors for HIV, discuss the risks with your healthcare provider.

Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting Aurogra to ensure it’s safe for you based on your health conditions and medications.
