I had moved to a new phone, and suddenly, I couldn’t get in. Google was asking for a verification code, which they sent to my old number, a number I no longer had access to.
What a panic! My Gmail contained all my work emails, personal messages, and even some important recovery options for other accounts. I felt like I was in the digital version of being locked out of my house without a key!
