At the Lufthansa Airlines Canada Office I had a good experience. All of my questions about flight options and upgrades were answered by the polite, competent staff. They gave clear instructions on baggage and ticketing and were knowledgeable about travel regulations. The office was effective, cozy, and clean. I valued their courteous manner and timely assistance. All in all, I had a great visit and would suggest the Lufthansa Canada office for any help pertaining to the airline.
