My time at the Cathay Pacific Frankfurt Office was excellent. I received fast assistance with my flight-related questions from the very kind and professional staff. They went out of their way to make sure I had all the information I needed for my trip. The actual office was tidy and orderly, which made for a comfortable atmosphere. The outstanding customer service and meticulous attention to detail were much appreciated. All in all, the process was easy and stress-free, and I heartily endorse this office.
