You will have to try the account recovery procedure on your own if you use a regular Gmail account. To accomplish this, collect as many devices as you can that you have used to access your Google account, then visit a place where you frequently use these devices. Attempting recovery from a frequently used device at a frequently used location increases the likelihood that you will be able to access your account again, as opposed to trying to log in on a device you have never used before in a new area.
