I visited Lufthansa Airlines Manchester Office last week and found their service is very good. Friendly and professional staff who helped me with my booking and answered my questions in the most clear ways. They checked if I was aware of the flight timings and baggage allowance. The office was friendly and well-kept, my visit was fast! I liked having the individualized focus and felt supported. All in all a good experience, and I will be back again. I definitely recommend this office for anyone flying with Lufthansa.
