I wrote a post after visiting the British Airways Cologne Office earlier this year and I really enjoyed it. To their polite, prompt & well-informed staff who solved my travel problems almost instantly. The office is clean, new, and has a great vibe which helped put me at ease during the process. The organization was cool, it made our time more efficient. Great customer service and seamless assistance I would never be.
