The British Airways Cologne Office provides prompt and professional service. We also found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist, helping us easily navigate anything travel related. It’s all very neat and orderly, with lots of seating and big signs even the paperwork is basic and headache free. The attention to detail and the politeness of the team makes customers happy. The location is convenient, but some who visit say offering hours at least until 8 p.m. would improve accessibility.
