I had the best experience possible with the Air France Thessaloniki Office and I found that the personnel is very competent, polite, and willing to answer any questions I have. Their attention to detail in trying to assist made the procedure easy, stress-free, and came about without needless inconvenience over everything, particularly during a book request Q&A session. A great place to get excellent customer service is the Air France office in Thessaloniki.
