The first row in an aircraft section, known as the bulkhead row, is usually found close to walls or barriers. For travelers who want more space, these seats are perfect because they frequently offer additional legroom. The lack of seats in front to store stuff, however, may limit the amount of space available for personal belongings. Because some planes offer bassinets, bulkhead rows are popular among families with small children and those seeking a more comfortable travel experience.
