I really had a great experience with the United Airlines New York Office and The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with the inquiries. They were professionally handling my booking changes, and all the necessary information was given in a very clear and friendly manner. The office is clean, well-organized, and friendly. It is clearly understood that customer service is given the utmost importance here. I left the office feeling satisfied and taken care of. Highly recommend visiting for efficient support!
