I have just been going through a wonderful experience in the KLM Airlines New York Office booth office. Employees are very polite and professional towards their clients. They took their time and ensured whatever I was asking was answered well so that I could understand. This place has really organized ticket booking as well as exchanging. They also offered a bunch of advice and encouragement for traveling, which smoothed things out even more. On top of all this, they have much better customer service, above and beyond making me feel like I'm a much-cared-for traveler. KLM, New York!
