At the Singapore Airlines Sacramento Office. I had a great experience. My scheduling process was made simple by the excellent, understanding, and patient staff. To make sure I had a good experience, they addressed all of my inquiries and more. One genuinely feels appreciated as a customer when they receive such excellent customer service. I can heartily endorse their services and depart the office with confidence in my travel.
