It was a great experience flying with Southwest Airlines ALB Terminal and all passengers found the crew to be amiable and approachable, and they made sure that every operation was completed quickly and efficiently. The group was attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable, and check-in was quick. The terminal was remarkably well-organized and tidy. Easy mobility was made possible via succinct and clear signs. Southwest's efficiency and customer service were excellent. For a simple, enjoyable trip, I would heartily suggest Southwest Airlines in the ALB Terminal.
