I must say that my encounter with the Oman Air New York Office was excellent. The personnel was incredibly kind and accommodating; they addressed all of my inquiries and greatly assisted me with the reservation. Because the office is tidy and well-organized, everything is more simpler and more efficient. All they did was be open and honest regarding my travel and other things. Overall, I had a great experience with their customer service, and I would suggest it to anyone who has to travel in the future through their New York office.
