I am a traveler and recently visited the Singapore Airlines Bangkok Office. Practical air travel advice was given and many questions were answered by the staff themselves. It was a nice office: neat and tidy places where I could comfortably make my inquiries without feeling out-of-place. I wonder how fast and easy they could have done this service. Overall experience: very happy-about-it and I would recommend this office to other travelers.
