I am a traveler and I observed that Tap Air Portugal EWR Terminal provides a hassle-free and smooth experience to its passengers. Check-in process is very organized with a helping staff and kiosks friendly to use. Security and immigration lines are moving at a tolerable pace, due to the efficient running of the airport. The terminal has ample space, seating space along with charging stations. It has good dining options such as quick bites and full-service restaurants and shopping also includes luxury as well as everyday essentials. Overall it is a modern and passenger-friendly terminal.
