I was greeted with open arms and a genuine willingness to help as soon as I entered. My inquiries regarding travel restrictions, baggage policies, and flight schedules were addressed by the employees with competence and speed. I was made to feel valued as a customer due to their patience and attention to detail. This office takes the time to ensure that each passenger receives the help they need, unlike other airline offices where service is rushed. For Southwest travelers, having this level of customer service in Santo Domingo is a big plus.
