The cancellation policy, including the charges and eligibility for a refund, was discussed in detail by the staff. They made the procedure easy and hassle-free by guiding me through the necessary stages. They provided solutions including travel credits, despite the fact that certain tickets were non-refundable. The staff made sure all of my concerns were appropriately addressed and did it in a professional manner.
