Hey everyone,
I’ve been practicing Tai Chi for a few months now, and I love how it makes me feel—calmer, more focused, all that good stuff. But lately, I’ve been struggling to keep up with daily practice. Life gets busy, and some days I just don’t feel the spark to get started. For those of you who’ve been at it for a while, how do you stay motivated to stick with it every day?
