Let me take a guess - your account got hacked, and all contact information, and password were altered. You lost it. Unless you're capable of hacking, your only choice is to make another account. Of course, there are issues to making that happen, which you have to really try hard not to have. But, if you are smart enough to make it work, make two different accounts, next time. That way, if hacked once more, you will have an account left.
