They were understanding and provided me with helpful flight-related advise. The location was tidy and well-organized, and I didn't have to wait long. There, I was made to feel quite welcome. My family and I had a good visit to the Pacific Coastal Airlines Tofino Office a week prior. My travel arrangements were simple and stress-free thanks to both airlines. I heartily endorse them.
